A new senior syllabus needed more than lesson notes. Teachers and students needed a coherent path from outcomes to explanation, practice, projects, assessment and revision.

Long projects break when ideas, drafts, art, evidence, continuity and print constraints live in separate places. The work was to build systems that keep the whole book visible.

Local AI platform

Different AI models, interfaces and media tools are useful in different ways. The challenge was to make them work as one governed local environment rather than a collection of disconnected chats.

Web pages, 3D models and tutorials before “creator” was a job title.

Under X-Calibre Studios and the Voxace handle, I built hand-coded sites, modelled vehicles, published downloadable assets and wrote tutorials while I was still at school.

A youth centre should be a place young people can actually use.

As president, I secured grant support and led the fit-out: volleyball, basketball, gym equipment, computers, AV, video games and a timber driving simulator I built myself.

2013–17

I turned the same skill set into a small client studio.

I designed websites, brand systems and digital assets for small businesses, built WordPress and ecommerce sites, and supported computer builds and repairs. Fit and Fueled and Anjana Physio are two preserved client builds from that archive.

Robotics / fabrication / mentoring

2015–present

The idea had to survive contact with wheels, sensors, steel and students.

I ran Lego and custom-electronics robotics, CAD and 3D-printing programmes, then mentored students through a custom go-kart built from scratch: research, CAD, welding, 3D printing, testing and revision.

Rubik solver / commissioned in the classroom

A machine that turns a scrambled cube into six solved faces.

I mentored two students through building, integrating and commissioning a Rubik’s Cube solver: 3D-printed mechanisms, six servo-driven manipulators, camera-based colour capture and software control. The dated test footage shows it working.

A complicated image pipeline made to feel like a clear creative brief.

I built one interface for picture and video work: formats, quality, creative mode, up to ten visual references and a page-aware assistant—enough control for serious work without exposing the machinery underneath.

Complex plans become easier when every decision has its own room.

I built a planning environment that separates projects into issues, makes trade-offs inspectable, locks decisions and produces a portable handoff. The same system has been used to work through local-AI security architecture.

At seventeen I was publishing hand-built websites, original 3D vehicle renders, models, textures and tutorials.

As president, I won grant support and fitted out a multi-use youth space with sport, gym, computing, AV, games and a timber driving simulator I built.

A functional C# room and resource booking application. Its public interface is an explicitly labelled reconstruction because the surviving archive does not prove deployment scale.

A whole-school feedback system spanning a web application, data import, Sentral reporting, training, procedures and posters; two other NSW schools later sought implementation detail.

A 2023 classroom AI and assessment platform with 43 quiz modules and guided feedback that avoids completing students’ work.

A private evidence system that preserves raw sources, uncertainty, conflicts and provenance across a large personal archive.

A researched business, service and launch-site system for network-first residential technology: rural connectivity, security, storage, smart-home control and AV.
